We meet Twickenham Station 10.15am. Cycle up the Crane until it reaches A316 then along the really good cycle track to cut through Hampton Heath to the back-streets of Hampton Hill and so into Bushy Park.

Break at the Woodland Gardens and return by a more direct route.
