After so many years the hub is now open. Modified rapture.

It looks impressive partly because the bulk of the cycle parking is on upper floors reached by steps to minimise the loss of car parking spaces. I found that a significant effort was needed to wheel a not-heavy bike up a single flight. This isn’t helped by SWR insisting on sticking to the Keep Left rule even though most people would have their bike on their right.

There is some parking outside on the ground level including some long sheffields for non-standard bikes. (good) Unfortunately the standard bikes get  a “novel” design that doesn’t allow a standard U lock to encompass the frame, rear wheel and stand.
