A short ( 6 miles) flat route mostly on traffic free paths so truly a  ride for all ages.

Meet Twickenham Station 10.30. We cross dismounted at the pelican and into the cycle path hidden behind a fountain. (Why ? ) A succession of wooded paths leads us to Kneller Gardens from where a parallel crossing takes us into Crane Park and refreshments at the Crane Park Island Nature Reserve. After a break we press on up the Crane before crossing and returning via the Hounslow bank.
