Ticketing, etc.
The Lounge at Duke Street Church has a capacity of 100.
We expect to set up four event links to register to attend, i.e. one for each Borough, so that each of the 4 branches of LCC, together with their Living Streets colleagues, can choose who they wish to invite (approximately 22 tickets for each borough). This link is not to be shared publicly, including on social media. This will enable us to manage the total number of attendees and keep the event safe and respectful to all concerned. We will provide the remaining places to the other groups identified above.
The event is free but a donation is requested
Richmond LCC will pay for the venue, but we ask participating groups to donate £ 30 to cover the cost of setting up and running this event.
